We are Biography, and this is our story.....

Like many start-ups, an unfulfilled need was what drove us to start this journey. Biography was born out of a love and curiosity for natural skin and haircare products. 

Most brands simply don't seem to care about the products’ origins, and its ingredients are often a mystery. Finding those cult beauty products, the natural, true to their word ones seemed nearly impossible. 

We longed for curated products to offer our clients that could substantiate the claims they made, so, instead of waiting around for someone to develop them, we decided to do it ourselves.

The journey has been exciting, overwhelming and eye opening. The sheer volume of information is astounding. But, we have loved every minute of it!

Our goal is is to provide you with an ethical, effective and affordable natural beauty range.

So, when we say Conscious beauty,  we mean beauty: skincare, hair care and  bodycare. Beauty is not only defined by our exterior appearance. It starts from within.

We developed & locally manufacture our products in Hillcrest, KZN.

We strongly believe that mother nature has the best remedies for our skincare, haircare and bodycare needs. Our products do not contain any harsh chemicals, sulphates, paraben or petroleum and are animal cruelty-FREE
